Ashley returned to Dr. Wellman about 9 a.m. The lump did not grow. Dr. Wellman said that’s probably a good thing. He still thinks it’s probably thyroiditis. He started Ashley on Clindamycin, an anti-biotic commonly used in treating cats with infections, for one week to see if it helps to reduce the swelling. Ashley started the Clindamycin tonight.
